All orders must be paid upfront prior to shipping.
CREDIT CARDS: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. SHIPPING ADDRESS must match BILLING ADDRESS. If there is a mismatch, please contact us prior to ordering.
MONEY ORDERS / CHECKS: Money orders and checks will only be accepted on in-person transactions.
OTHER: PayPal, Cash App, and Apple pay are all acceptable. We will ship to the SHIPPING ADDRESS listed.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
GIFT CERTIFICATES are available for purchase. Please treat these as cash because if they are lost, they will not be replaced. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen GIFT CERTIFICATES. GIFT CERTIFICATES can be used for any online or in-person purchase and may not be exchanged for cash. GIFT CERTIFICATES must be used in full or forfeit balance.
WRONG PARTS/DAMAGED PARTS
If you have received an incorrect part or an item that has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 10 days so we can correct the issue. We may ask for you to provide pictures. DO NOT WAIT!
REFUNDS / RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Prior to purchasing anything off our website, we ask that you verify what you are ordering is correct. Refunds, returns and exchanges are to be done within 30 days of reciept and must be approved prior. UNDER NO CIRUMSTANCES WILL WE REFUND OR EXCHANGE ANTHING THAT HAS BEEN CUT, BENT, PAINTED OR MODIFIED IN ANY WAY! All returns that need to be shipped back to use at customers expense and subject to a 30% restocking fee unless otherwise specified.
SHIPPING:
All orders will be processed in the order in which they are received. Some items are built to order and may ship directly from the vendor separately from other items ordered. Shipping addresses should match the billing address. If for whatever reason it does not match, please contact us first. Please ensure that the shipping address is correct and free of errors. MACTEC Designs is not responsible for addresses provided incorrectly.

SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE OF THE U.S. (international shipping)
Due to the nature of some of these items, anything other than clothing may need adjusted shipping rates in which case we will contact you for the difference. This must be paid prior to shipping to any international location.
PAYMENTS: All shipments being paid by and/or shipped to a non-US address must be paid by PayPal, CashApp, Apple Pay or bank wire transfer. Orders paid by credit card will be cancelled.
TAXES/DUTY FEES: MACTEC Designs is not responsible for any taxes and/or duty charges/fees. These fees are from your government not MACTEC Designs or the US.
All orders are double checked for accuracy and quantities prior to shipping, so if there is any discrepancies, we must be contacted within 10 days of delivery and you must keep all boxes and packaging material! All orders are shipped prepaid only. Shipping carriers will vary (UPS, FEDEX, USPS or freight).
WARRANTIES / GUARANTEES
All items are assumed to have no warranty, unless, specified otherwise on the website listing or on the invoice. If the web listing or invoice lacks information regarding a warranty, then it is assumed that the item is sold as is with no warranty. All shipping for warranty repairs are the responsibility of the consumer and are to be handled through the manufacturer of the item, unless otherwise specified.
